Swords clash against each other,
Metal resounds the arena,
A fight between two men,
One who has nothing to lose,
One who loses everything,
If he loses this fight,
Who is more unhinged,

The audience is either lost in the battle sounds,
Or secretly picking their favorites to win the fight,
The opponents share words while exchanging the blows,
I got nothing to lose,
It doesn’t matter if I win or die,
It changes nothing in my story,
That gives me strength over you,
Who has everything at stake,
The man with everything to lose deals a blow,
Retorts, it is true that you are free of all bounds,
Exchanging another blow,
That might feel like freedom even,
Blocking a close attack with flair,
But your win will never taste different to a loss,
As I am possessed with the fear of failure,
Fear of losing everyone and everything I love and care,
And I will burn the world down if it gives them comfort on a winter night,
Dealing the final blow, and that’s why I never lose.
