Ever since those golden earrings caught my attention,
I did not require more motivation,
To catch a glimpse of her in any form or reflection,
I was never the one to believe in love or attraction,
In first sight, yet here I am feeling like a planet in motion,
Around the most radiant Sun in vicinity for my revolution,
But, as with every dream, reality will eventually catch up,
I lost sight of her into sea of people, no trace left,
Confused whether she was figment of my imagination or real,
I continued desperate looks around for couple of minutes,
Like a lost kid looking for his mother in the crowd,
As I came to terms with the reality that I lost her,
My legs hit an object on ground, bringing me back to this world,
I pick the object to examine which started glittering like gold,
As I inspected the earring, I feel a tap on my shoulder,
That moment, two people found what they have lost.
